When booking accommodation with Falcon Lodge you ("the Customer"), agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Confirmation of bookings made requires payment of a Key Deposit to be made at the time of booking.

2. For cancellations made prior to 7 days of the day of arrival an administration fee of A$50.00 shall apply.

3. For cancellations made within 7 days of the day of arrival no refund of any payment shall be made.

4. The Customer shall be required to provide photographic identification on check-in.
