Our reception opening hours at the Lodge are as follows:
• Monday- Friday: 8.30 am -5.00pm closed 12-1pm
• Thursday: 8.30am – 9.00pm closed 12-1pm
• Saturday: 9.00am – 5.00pm closed 12-1pm
• Sunday: 9.00am – 12.00pm
• Public holidays: Closed (Pre-arranged check-ins are possible)

If you arrive outside of reception open hours, we have an after-hours check-in procedure for you!

A 100% refund will be made for cancellations received if at least 1 weeks notice is given before arrival.
A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received if at least 48 hours notice is given before arrival.
No refund will be made if the booking is canceled within 48 hours of arrival.

Our cancellation policy requires all amendments and cancellations to be finalized by 5pm local time the day prior to the arrival date (48 hours).

Staff are on site 24hours for your safety and security….and in case you lock yourself out of the room. For new arrivals outside reception hours simply ring the doorbell located near the front door to B block, straight ahead from the main gate and staff will come and show you to your room.

We accept cash, Eftpos, Mastercard and Visa. Long term residents can pay by automatic payment or online transfer.

Both short term and long term guests stay with us. This is a perfect place to stay for new arrivals to Sydney, those working in the area, studying, or for backpackers that want to save money and are over the shared accommodation offered in the CBD.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate young children (Under 10) at our lodge.

Falcon Lodge offers clean, safe and secure accommodation on a casual short term basis.

Falcon Lodge offers a weekly rate for stays of a week or more. You can stay as long as you like.

A bond equal to 1 weeks lodging fee is required for long-term stays (longer than one month). This is refunded on departure after room inspections.

When you book a long term stay we secure your room so that you do not have to move rooms and insure that no one else can book your room. We just require that you give us 7 days notice when you would like to depart.
