Check your booking confirmation and any arrival message from Falcon Lodge. If you expect to arrive outside reception hours, contact our team ahead of time to confirm how you’ll collect your key.

You’re welcome to leave your bags at reception until your room is ready. Reception opens at 9:00 am.

  1. Find the office

    Come to Falcon Lodge at 182–188 Falcon Street, North Sydney. Look for the round “Falcon Lodge Office” sign shown in the photo.

  2. Ring the bell

    Press the bell below the office sign for check-in assistance. Please also ring the bell when the office is closed, including on public holidays.

  3. If no one answers, call us

    Contact the staff for after-hours check-in or arrival assistance:

02 / AFTER-HOURS KEY COLLECTION

Using a
lockbox.

If our team has arranged lockbox collection, use the box number and code provided in your arrival message. Match the number in your message to the numbered lockbox shown here.

Follow the instructions sent with your booking. If you haven’t received your details, or need help opening your assigned box, call the staff on +61 413 887 850.

03 / WHEN YOU LEAVE

Checking out.

Please check out by 11:00 am. Return your key to reception when you leave.

Leaving before 9:00 am? Reception will not yet be open. Please drop your key in the separate box labelled “key return” on the right-hand side of the lockboxes shown above. You can also use this box whenever reception is closed.
